SHIPPING POLICY

1. Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all US orders — no minimum spend.

2. Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During sales or new launches, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Delivery Times Estimated delivery for US orders is 7–12 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs.

4. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 1–3 days for tracking to update after dispatch.

5. Where We Ship From We partner with international fulfillment centers, which lets us keep our prices low while delivering quality pieces to your door. Some items may ship separately or in more than one package.

6. Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, email us at hi@suvessa.com immediately and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.

7. Customs & Duties For the rare order shipped outside the US, the recipient is responsible for any customs fees or import duties charged by the destination country.

8. Delayed, Lost or Damaged Packages If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, or arrives damaged, contact us at hi@suvessa.com with your order number and we'll make it right — whether that means a replacement or a refund.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Suvessa pieces. If something isn't right, you may return unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, email hi@suvessa.com with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Final sale items and intimate apparel cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
